Why should I train at Sunfitness?
At Sun Fitness, one of our major priorities is that we don’t just write you up a program and leave you to it. At Sun Fitness we are there with you every step of the way to motivate, encourage and assist you in reaching your short term and long term goals. We strongly believe that if we offer you high quality training at a quality price this will help you achieve high quality, long lasting results. We want to create a training atmosphere that is fun enjoyable but most of all effective. At Sun Fitness we care about results and most importantly we care about what works!!
Am I committed to sign any contracts at Sun Fitness?
Let’s get straight to the point, the answer is NO!! We would rather you commit to your goals than commit to a contract. Your goals are paramount to us; we believe that to achieve your goals you need to make a commitment and investment in yourself, not putting your signature on a contract. Our training plans reflect our clients – Individual. Everybody is different and this is reflected in our approach.
What Facilities are available at Sun Fitness?
At Sunfitness we believe that one of the most valuable assets to a client and trainer alike is ……SPACE. With this in mind we have specifically chosen a facility surrounded by parklands and more importantly space. Fresh air and a natural environment help us make your training time as enjoyable as possible. Our indoor facilities offer privacy and a controlled climate when the weather gets wooly and offers a wide variety of cardio and resistance training tools to help you on the path to your success.
I want to do training at Sun Fitness but I can’t afford 1 on 1 training?
Not a problem, we also offer group fitness sessions, these sessions are designed for all age groups, fitness levels and budgets. Anyone can do these sessions, just turn up and train. Alternately, if you if you have some friend’s that want to train too, you can organize a group P.T session, by appointment. The more friends training, the cheaper it gets, (Refer to our personal training page for more details)
What do you offer other than Personal and group training?
We like to think out side of the square and as a result we offer more than the average P.T studio. We have the ability to help you in areas such as:
- Overall lifestyle coaching
- Total wellbeing
- Nutrition
- Positive thinking
- Motivation
** We also offer Healthy Cooking Tuition with the Sun Fitness “Iron Chef” Cooking Class. Available by appointment
** And don’t forget our seasonal, intensive outdoor training programs “Operation Sun Fitness” To get you in to shape.
What does a typical session involve?
Good question. We believe that no human is the same so no session is the same. We also believe that if you want to achieve your goals no matter what they are, you must be willing to challenge your body in a number of ways to create physical change. They say that ‘Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes.” No statement is truer in life and exercise. You must give your body a reason to change, that’s why we may encourage you to train you in a number of locations e.g.….. Parks, Beaches, Bike Tracks, Hiking Tracks, Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts, Boxing Ring, Basketball Courts, Athletics Tracks, Local Football Grounds just to name a few, as well as our ‘Mordy’ facilities.
Do you offer support/advice outside of training times?
Absolutely!! We are here to support, encourage, motivate, and kick the occasional arse if need be. Our experienced trainers are available by e-mail and phone 24/7 for any help or support along the journey. It can be a tough battle sometimes but we are there every step of the way.
